Toby Strider
Chief Umpire
Toby was born into the car business. When you ask Toby what he knows about the car business he will say, not much but he knows nothing about anything else. He obviously began his career working for his Dad washing cars. He worked in every department at Strider Buick GMC Subaru and led the business until it was sold. Toby is married to his high school sweetheart, and they have 3 beautiful girls. When Toby is not working you will find him Coaching softball, farming, or hunting.
Andy Perdue
Umpire in Charge
Andy started in the automotive business at the age of 11 yrs. old. He started washing cars for Donald Strider at South Side Auto Sales. When Donald asked him what he wanted to do when he “grew-up, he responded, “I want to work for you”. Andy’s dream came to life when he became a full-time employee in 1992. In his spare time, he enjoys riding dirt bikes and sports. He is a big part of Southwest Randolph schools Booster’s club. He is a full-time Dad of 3 children alongside his long-time wife Julie. The automotive business is now second nature to Andy.
1st Base Line Coach
Jennifer McCain
Joined the Strider Auto Group in 2020. She soon became the Internet Sales Manager where she excelled in marketing and customer service. She is passionate about people and making others smile. She is married to her best friend and they share a life of farming. In her free time she enjoys cows, horses, dogs and cats.
3rd Base Line Coach
Cindy McElreath
Started in the car business in 1979. She worked for 3 different owners at the Hwy 64 location, Buick, GMC, Subaru, and has continued her position here at Home Plate Motors. She loves to play tennis in her spare time. She is also the mother to the head of our HR department, Fergie.
Behind the Plate Coach
Agustin Dominguez
Started in the car industry fresh out of High School. He is a father of 3, 2 girls and 1 boy. He enjoys off-roading on ATV's and playing soccer in his free time. He has been an assent to Home Plate Motors from the beginning.
